Bank Teller (Malayalee/Egyptian) in Al-Rayyan, Qatar

We are seeking experienced and customer-oriented Bank Tellers to join our team at a reputable bank in Al-Rayyan, Qatar. As a Bank Teller, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our customers and handling various financial transactions efficiently and accurately.

• Greet customers with a friendly and professional demeanor and assist them with their banking needs
• Process deposits, withdrawals, loan payments, and other financial transactions accurately
• Promote bank products and services to customers and provide explanations as needed
• Handle currency exchanges and ensure that all cash amounts balance at the end of each shift
• Maintain knowledge of bank policies and procedures to ensure compliance with regulations
• Assist customers with account inquiries, including balance checks, transaction history, and account openings/closures
• Resolve any customer complaints or issues in a timely manner while maintaining a positive attitude

• Must be fluent in English (proficiency in Malayalam/Arabic is preferred for Malayalee/Egyptian candidates)
• Minimum high school diploma or equivalent education required;
  Bachelor's degree in related field preferred
• Previous experience as a Bank Teller or in customer service is highly desirable
• Strong mathematical skills and attention to detail required
• Excellent communication skills and ability to provide exceptional customer service
• Ability to work well under pressure while maintaining accuracy
• Must be able to work flexible hours including evenings, weekends, and holidays
