Overview
Housekeeping Manager – Al-Rayyan, Qatar (English Speaking Preferred). Our company is looking for an experienced Housekeeping Manager to join our team in Al-Rayyan, Qatar. The successful candidate should be a highly organized individual with excellent customer service skills.
Responsibilities- Oversee and manage all aspects of housekeeping operations, ensuring the highest standards of cleanliness and presentation throughout the property.
- Oversee the daily work schedules of housekeepers and ensure that all duties are completed in a timely manner.
- Train, motivate, and evaluate staff members to ensure peak performance.
- Develop strategies to reduce costs while maintaining high standards of quality.
- At least three years of experience as a housekeeping manager in a similar hotel or resort environment.
- Excellent communication skills (preferably English speaking).
- Strong customer service skills.
- An appreciation for cultural diversity (applicants from India and Egypt are particularly welcome).
