Housekeeping Manager for Indian Nationals in Al-Rayyan, Qatar. We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Housekeeping Manager to oversee our housekeeping team in Al-Rayyan, Qatar. As an Indian national, you will play a crucial role in maintaining our high standards of cleanliness and ensuring guest satisfaction.

• Manage and supervise the housekeeping staff, including scheduling, training, and performance management
• Ensure all areas of the property are kept clean and well-maintained, including guest rooms, public areas, and back-of-house spaces
• Order and maintain inventory of cleaning supplies and equipment
• Conduct regular inspections to ensure quality control and address any issues promptly
• Collaborate with other departments to coordinate special projects or events that may require additional cleaning services
• Monitor budget and expenses related to housekeeping operations
• Maintain a safe working environment for staff by enforcing health and safety regulations

• Indian national with experience in housekeeping management or a similar role
• Excellent organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and train a diverse team
• Attention to detail and commitment to maintaining high standards of cleanliness
• Proven ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment
• Knowledge of various cleaning methods, materials, and equipment
• Good communication skills in English (Arabic proficiency is a plus)
• Must be able to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays
