Front Desk Receptionist at a Luxury Hotel in Al-Rayyan, Qatar. A luxury hotel in Al-Rayyan is seeking a Front Desk Receptionist to join our team. This position is ideal for an English-speaking individual with a passion for providing exceptional customer service. As a Front Desk Receptionist, you will be the first point of contact for guests and play a crucial role in creating a positive first impression.

• Greet and welcome guests as they arrive at the hotel
• Check-in and check-out guests in a timely and efficient manner
• Answer phone calls and respond to inquiries in a professional manner
• Handle guest requests and concerns promptly, ensuring guest satisfaction
• Maintain accurate records of room availability, reservations, and guest accounts
• Assist with administrative duties such as photocopying, filing, and data entry
• Collaborate with other hotel departments to ensure smooth operations

• High school diploma or equivalent; degree in hospitality or related field is preferred
• Minimum of 2 years experience as a Front Desk Receptionist in a luxury hotel setting
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with proficiency in English
• Strong customer service skills with the ability to handle difficult situations calmly and professionally
• Proficient in using computer systems such as Microsoft Office and reservation software
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
