Housekeeping Manager

Overview

Housekeeping Manager - Al-Rayyan, Qatar. We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Housekeeping Manager to oversee the daily operations of our housekeeping department in Al-Rayyan, Qatar. As a Housekeeping Manager, you will be responsible for maintaining high standards of cleanliness and ensuring guest satisfaction.

• Develop and implement housekeeping procedures and policies to maintain cleanliness and hygiene standards
• Train and supervise housekeeping staff, ensuring they adhere to company policies and procedures
• Create work schedules for housekeeping staff to ensure adequate coverage at all times
• Conduct regular inspections of guest rooms and public areas to ensure cleanliness standards are met
• Order and maintain inventory of cleaning supplies, equipment, and amenities
• Coordinate with other departments such as maintenance and front desk to ensure guest requests are fulfilled in a timely manner
• Handle guest complaints or concerns related to housekeeping services promptly and effectively

• Previous experience in a similar role within the hospitality industry preferred
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and supervise a team
• Excellent organizational and time-management skills
• Attention to detail with a strong focus on cleanliness
• Knowledge of cleaning chemicals, proper cleaning techniques, and safety procedures
• Ability to communicate effectively in English (Arabic is a plus)
