Hotel Manager vacancy in Al-Rayyan Qatar

Our hotel in Al-Rayyan, Qatar is seeking a highly motivated and dedicated individual to join our team as a Hotel Manager. This position is open to all nationalities and does not require English proficiency. We also welcome candidates without prior experience in hotel management.

As the Hotel Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our hotel, ensuring that guests have an exceptional experience during their stay. Your main duties will include managing staff, maintaining high standards of customer service, and overseeing financial aspects of the hotel.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and lead a team of hotel staff, including hiring, training, scheduling, and evaluating performance
• Ensure that all guests are provided with excellent customer service at all times
• Oversee housekeeping and maintenance operations to maintain a clean and well-maintained facility
• Monitor financial performance of the hotel, including budgets, revenue, and expenses
• Develop and implement strategies to increase revenue and occupancy rates
• Collaborate with other departments such as sales and marketing to promote the hotel and attract new business
• Handle guest complaints or issues in a professional manner to ensure guest satisfaction

Requirements:

• Must be legally eligible to work in Qatar with visa sponsorship provided by our company
• Preference for Indian nationality
• No prior experience required
• Comfortable living in provided accommodation
