Concierge

We are seeking a friendly and professional Concierge to join our team at a luxury hotel in Al-Rayyan Qatar. As the first point of contact for guests you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and ensuring their stay is comfortable and memorable. This is a contract position suitable for foreigners with fluency in English and no prior experience required.

• Greet guests upon arrival and assist with check-in process
• Provide information about hotel amenities services and local attractions
• Arrange transportation tours restaurant reservations and other requests as needed
• Handle guest complaints or concerns in a timely and efficient manner
• Maintain knowledge of current events attractions and restaurants in the area
• Coordinate with other hotel staff to ensure guest needs are met
• Keep lobby area clean and presentable at all times

• Fluency in English (additional languages are a plus)
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to interact with guests from diverse backgrounds
• Strong customer service skills with a friendly and approachable demeanor
• Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
• Strong problem‑solving skills and ability to handle difficult situations calmly
• Knowledge of local attractions restaurants and transportation options is preferred
• Must be willing to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays
• Visa sponsorship and accommodation will be provided for qualified candidates
