Hotel Manager – English Speaking Candidates (Al-Rayyan, Qatar)

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Hotel Manager to oversee the daily operations of our hotel in Al‑Rayyan, Qatar. As a bilingual and English‑speaking hotel, we are looking for candidates who are fluent in both Malayalam and English.

• Oversee all aspects of the hotel's operations, including front desk, housekeeping, food and beverage, maintenance, and human resources.
• Develop and implement strategies to increase revenue and profitability.
• Monitor guest satisfaction and respond to any concerns or complaints in a timely manner.
• Manage and train staff to ensure high‑quality service standards are met.
• Maintain inventory levels and control costs.
• Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to attract new business opportunities.
• Ensure compliance with health, safety, and sanitation regulations.
• Prepare financial reports and budgets.

• Fluent in Malayalam and English (written and verbal).
• Proven experience as a Hotel Manager or similar role.
• Excellent communication and leadership skills.
• Strong knowledge of hotel management software, e.g., Opera.
• Ability to work under pressure in a fast‑paced environment.
• Degree in Hospitality Management or relevant field preferred.

Salary: 1,300$ per month
