Concierge

Job Overview

We are seeking a friendly, organized, and efficient Concierge Assistant for a luxury hotel in Al-Rayyan, Qatar. The role involves providing exceptional customer service and assisting guests with inquiries and requests during their stay.

• Greet guests upon arrival and provide information about hotel services and facilities
• Assist guests with luggage and escort them to their rooms
• Handle guest requests, such as booking reservations, arranging transportation, or providing recommendations for local activities and attractions
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the lobby area
• Communicate any issues or concerns to the Concierge Manager
• Collaborate with other departments to ensure a smooth guest experience

• Minimum of 2 years experience in a customer service role, preferably in the hospitality industry
• Fluent in English;
  Nepali language skills are an advantage but not required
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Knowledge of local attractions, restaurants and events in the Al-Rayyan area
• Ability to multitask and work efficiently under pressure
• Must be willing to work flexible hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays

• Competitive salary of $1,000 per month
