Concierge

As a Concierge Officer you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and assistance to guests at our luxury hotel in Al-Rayyan. You will be the first point of contact for guests, ensuring their needs and requests are met promptly and efficiently.

• Greet guests upon arrival and assist with the check-in process.
• Provide information and recommendations about local attractions, restaurants, and activities.
• Arrange transportation, reservations and other services as requested by guests.
• Handle guest complaints or issues in a professional and timely manner.
• Maintain knowledge of hotel facilities, services, and events to effectively communicate with guests.
• Monitor guest requests and ensure they are fulfilled in a timely manner.
• Maintain a clean and organized lobby area at all times.
• Assist with coordinating special events or arrangements for VIP guests.

• High school diploma or equivalent (Bachelor’s degree in hospitality or related field preferred).
• Previous experience as a concierge or in a customer service role preferred.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong problem‑solving abilities.
• Fluency in English; additional languages are an asset.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends and holidays.
