Housekeeping Manager

We are seeking a highly organized and efficient Housekeeping Manager to join our team in Al-Rayyan. As the Housekeeping Manager you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our housekeeping department, ensuring that our facilities are clean and well-maintained at all times. Your duties will include managing a team of housekeeping staff, creating work schedules, monitoring inventory and supplies, and conducting regular inspections to maintain high standards of cleanliness.

• Oversee the daily operations of the housekeeping department
• Manage a team of housekeeping staff and create work schedules
• Monitor inventory levels and order necessary supplies
• Conduct regular inspections to ensure high levels of cleanliness and maintenance
• Train new housekeeping staff on company policies and procedures
• Handle guest requests or complaints regarding housekeeping services
• Maintain records of expenses and budget for the housekeeping department
• Collaborate with other departments to ensure smooth operations and guest satisfaction
• Implement safety procedures to maintain a safe working environment for staff

• Previous experience in a supervisory role within the hospitality industry
• Excellent communication skills
• Strong organizational and time-management skills
• Attention to detail
• Degree in Hospitality Management or related field preferred
• Fluency in English is required

Salary: 1700$ per month.
