Housekeeping Manager

Are you an experienced Housekeeping Manager looking for a new opportunity We are currently hiring for a Housekeeping Manager to join our team in Al-Rayyan This position offers a competitive salary of 1000$ and is open to all nationalities As a Housekeeping Manager you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our housekeeping department This includes managing a team of housekeepers ensuring high standards of cleanliness and organization are maintained and handling guest requests and complaints in a timely and professional manner

• Supervise and train housekeeping staff including scheduling and assigning tasks
• Conduct regular inspections of guest rooms common areas and back-of-house areas to ensure cleanliness standards are met
• Maintain inventory of cleaning supplies and equipment ordering replacements as needed
• Respond to guest requests and complaints promptly taking appropriate action to resolve any issues
• Collaborate with other departments such as front desk and maintenance to ensure smooth operations
• Monitor budget and expenses related to the housekeeping department

• Minimum of 2 years experience as a Housekeeping Manager in a hotel or similar establishment
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage a diverse team
• Excellent communication skills in English both verbal and written
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills
• Knowledge of cleaning techniques and equipment
• Ability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays
