Housekeeping Manager

We are seeking a highly organized and experienced Housekeeping Manager to join our team in Al-Rayyan.

• Manage and train a team of housekeeping staff including assigning tasks and monitoring performance
• Develop and implement cleaning procedures and schedules to maintain a high standard of cleanliness throughout the property
• Conduct regular inspections of guest rooms public areas and back-of-house areas to ensure they meet company standards
• Order and maintain inventory of cleaning supplies and equipment
• Coordinate with other departments such as front office and maintenance to ensure efficient communication and resolution of any issues or requests from guests
• Handle guest complaints or concerns regarding housekeeping services in a timely and professional manner
• Monitor department budget and expenses making adjustments as needed to ensure cost-effectiveness

• Proven experience as a Housekeeping Manager or similar role in the hospitality industry
• Excellent organizational time management and leadership skills
• Strong knowledge of cleaning procedures equipment handling and safety protocols
• Ability to work well under pressure and handle multiple tasks simultaneously
• Good communication skills in English Arabic is a plus
• Flexibility to work varying shifts including weekends and holidays

1200$ per month

This position is located in Al-Rayyan Qatar

This position is open for both local candidates as well as foreigners who are fluent in English
