Hotel Manager - Malayalee (Al-Rayyan, Qatar)

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Hotel Manager to oversee the operations of our hotel in Al-Rayyan, Qatar. This is a full-time position suitable for Malayalees who do not have strong English skills and prefer to work without accommodation.

As the Hotel Manager, you will be responsible for managing all aspects of the hotel, including staff management, guest relations, financial management, and overall performance. You will also be in charge of creating and implementing strategies to ensure customer satisfaction and profitability.

The ideal candidate will have previous experience in hotel management and a solid understanding of the hospitality industry. Fluency in Malayalam is required for effective communication with staff and guests. English language skills are not required for this position.

• Oversee all aspects of hotel operations
• Hire, train, and manage staff members

• Previous experience as a Hotel Manager or similar role
• Fluent in Malayalam;
  English language skills preferred but not required
• Knowledge of hotel management software systems
• Excellent leadership and interpersonal skills
• Strong problem-solving abilities
• Ability to work well under pressure
• Flexible schedule including weekends and holidays
