Front Desk Receptionist for Hotel in Al-Rayyan
We are hiring a front desk receptionist to join our team at a hotel in Al-Rayyan. This position requires excellent communication skills, a friendly and professional demeanor, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment. As the first point of contact for guests, you must have strong customer service skills and be able to handle guest inquiries and requests efficiently.
- checking guests in and out
- answering phone calls and emails
- managing reservations
- providing information about hotel services
Previous experience in hospitality or customer service is preferred.
Salary is 1100$.
Preference given to Africans or Malayalees with no English language requirement.
