We are seeking a friendly and attentive Concierge Assistant to join our team at a luxury hotel in Al-Rayyan, Qatar. As a Concierge Assistant, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to guests from various nationalities, including Pakistanis and Malayalees. This is a seasonal position, perfect for those looking for short-term employment without prior experience.

• Greet guests upon arrival and assist with check-in process
• Provide recommendations and reservations for local restaurants, activities, and events
• Arrange transportation and coordinate luggage handling for guests
• Respond to guest inquiries and complaints in a timely manner
• Maintain a clean and organized lobby area

• Fluent in English with excellent communication skills
• Knowledge of the local area and attractions
• Customer service experience preferred but not required
• Must be able to work weekends and holidays as needed
