Concierge Assistant - Entry Level (English Speaking)

We are currently seeking enthusiastic and dedicated individuals to join our team as Concierge Assistants in Al-Rayyan, Qatar. As a Concierge Assistant, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our guests and residents, ensuring their needs are met and exceeded during their stay.

• Greet guests and assist with check-in/check-out procedures
• Provide information about the local area, amenities, and services available at the hotel
• Handle reservations, inquiries, and complaints in a professional and timely manner
• Coordinate with other departments to ensure smooth operations and guest satisfaction
• Assist with luggage handling and storage for guests
• Maintain a clean and organized lobby area at all times
• Handle currency exchange requests for guests
• Arrange transportation for guests as needed

• Fluent in English (additional languages are a plus)
• No prior experience required; training will be provided on the job
• Must be able to work shifts including weekends and holidays
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Positive attitude with a passion for customer service
• Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously
• Must be able to legally work in Qatar
