Concierge for Luxury Hotel in Al-Rayyan, Qatar

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-oriented Concierge to join our luxury hotel team in Al-Rayyan, Qatar. As a Concierge, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our guests and ensuring their needs are met during their stay. This is a full-time position that offers an attractive salary of 1400$ per month along with accommodation and a free visa and ticket.

• Greet guests upon arrival and assist with check-in process
• Provide recommendations for local attractions, restaurants, and events
• Book reservations and arrange transportation for guests
• Respond to guest inquiries and requests promptly and efficiently
• Maintain knowledge of hotel amenities, services, and policies
• Communicate with various departments to ensure guest satisfaction
• Handle guest complaints or concerns in a professional manner
• Keep lobby area clean and presentable at all times

• Fluent in English (knowledge of other languages is a plus)
• Excellent customer service skills
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills
• Previous experience in hospitality or related field preferred but not required
• Must be willing to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays
