Concierge Assistant

Our luxury hotel in Al-Rayyan, Qatar is seeking a friendly and detail-oriented Concierge Assistant to assist our guests with their needs during their stay. As a Pakistani national, you will bring cultural understanding and language skills to ensure our guests feel welcomed and s position does not require English proficiency, making it an ideal opportunity for non-native speakers. No prior experience is necessary as we will provide training, making this an excellent entry-level position.

Candidates with their own visa will be given preference.

• Greet guests upon arrival and provide a warm welcome
• Assist with check-in and check-out processes
• Answer phone calls, emails, and in-person requests for information or assistance
• Make reservations for dining, transportation, and other services
• Arrange tours and activities for guests
• Maintain knowledge of the local area including restaurants, attractions, and events
• Handle guest complaints or concerns in a professional manner
• Ensure guest satisfaction by going above and beyond to meet their needs
• Maintain a clean and organized lobby area

• Pakistani national preferred
• Ability to communicate effectively in both English and Urdu
• Friendly and approachable demeanor
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills
• Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment
• Customer service experience is a plus but not required
• Must have own visa for employment in Qatar
