Graduate Concierge for Indian Nationals in Al-Rayyan

We are seeking a highly motivated and enthusiastic Graduate Concierge to join our team in Al-Rayyan, Qatar. As a Concierge, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our guests and ensuring their needs and requests are fulfilled in a timely manner.

• Greet and welcome guests upon arrival, assist with check-in and check-out procedures
• Provide information about the hotel facilities, services, and local attractions
• Handle reservations, room upgrades, special requests, and other guest inquiries
• Maintain accurate records of guests' preferences and ensure all information is up-to-date
• Coordinate with other hotel departments to ensure smooth operations and guest satisfaction
• Assist with luggage handling, transportation arrangements, and any other guest needs
• Handle guest complaints or concerns professionally and escape when necessary
• Follow all safety procedures to ensure the security of guests' belongings

• Indian nationality preferred
• Bachelor's degree in hospitality management or related field is required
• Previous experience in a similar role is a plus
• Excellent communication skills in English; knowledge of Arabic is an advantage but not required
• Strong customer service skills with a positive attitude towards guests' needs
• Ability to work under pressure and handle multiple tasks at once

This is a contract job with a monthly salary of 1100$. Visa sponsorship will be provided.
