Concierge in Al-Rayyan

We are seeking a friendly and customer-oriented Concierge to join our team in Al-Rayyan. As a Concierge, you will be responsible for providing exceptional guest service and ensuring their satisfaction during your stay. You will also assist guests with any inquiries, reservations, and recommendations for local attractions.

• Greet guests upon arrival and assist with check-in process
• Provide information about hotel amenities, services, and local attractions
• Handle guest complaints and resolve any issues in a timely manner
• Make reservations for guests at restaurants, spas, or other activities
• Arrange transportation for guests as needed
• Coordinate room service orders and other guest requests
• Maintain a clean and organized lobby area at all times
• Keep track of guest preferences and special requests for future visits

• High school diploma or equivalent required; degree in hospitality or related field preferred
• Minimum of 2 years experience as a Concierge in a hotel setting
• Excellent communication skills with fluency in English; additional language skills are a plus
• Strong knowledge of local area attractions, restaurants, and transportation options
• Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
• Exceptional customer service skills with a positive attitude

This is a contract position without accommodation provided. The salary is 1400$ per month. This job is suitable for freshers without prior experience as training will be provided. Non-native English speakers are welcome to apply.
