Front Desk Receptionist for Indian Nationals in Al-Rayyan

A prestigious hotel in Al-Rayyan is seeking an Indian national for the role of Front Desk Receptionist. The ideal candidate must have excellent communication skills and a friendly, welcoming demeanor. As the first point of contact for guests, the Front Desk Receptionist will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and ensuring guest satisfaction.

• Welcoming and checking in guests upon arrival
• Answering phone calls and responding to inquiries
• Handling guest complaints or concerns in a professional manner
• Maintaining an organized and tidy front desk area
• Assisting with guest requests, such as booking reservations or arranging transportation
• Collaborating with other hotel departments to ensure a smooth guest experience

• Indian nationality with legal permission to work in Al-Rayyan
• High school diploma or equivalent required; hospitality education is a plus
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English; knowledge of other languages is an advantage
• Strong customer service skills and ability to handle difficult situations with tact and professionalism
• Familiarity with hotel reservation systems, such as Opera, is preferred but not required

Salary: 1600$ per month (negotiable based on experience)
