We are seeking a professional and customer-oriented Concierge to join our team at a luxury hotel in Al-Rayyan, Qatar. As a Concierge, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to guests, making their stay as comfortable and enjoyable as possible. This is a contract job with a salary of 1100$. • Greet guests in a friendly and welcoming manner
• Assist guests with check-in and check-out procedures
• Provide information about hotel facilities, services, and local attractions
• Make reservations for guests at restaurants and other venues
• Arrange transportation or coordinate with valet services
• Handle guest requests promptly and efficiently
• Maintain a clean and organized lobby area
• Anticipate guest needs and proactively offer assistance whenever necessary

• Fluent in English (Arabic language skills are a plus)
• Egyptian nationality preferred
• No previous experience required, but customer service experience is an advantage
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Excellent problem-solving abilities
