We are a luxury hotel located in the bustling city of Al-Rayyan, Qatar and we are seeking an experienced Housekeeping Supervisor to join our team. Our ideal candidate is someone with a keen eye for detail, excellent organizational skills, and a passion for providing exceptional service to our guests.

As a Housekeeping Supervisor, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our housekeeping department. You will be expected to maintain high standards of cleanliness and ensure that all guest rooms and public areas are well-maintained at all times. This role requires strong leadership skills as you will be managing a team of housekeeping staff.

• Supervise and train housekeeping staff to ensure efficient and effective cleaning practices
• Inspect guest rooms and public areas to ensure they meet our standards of cleanliness
• Monitor inventory levels and order supplies as needed
• Create work schedules for housekeeping staff
• Handle guest complaints or requests related to housekeeping services
• Coordinate with other departments to ensure smooth operations and guest satisfaction
• Conduct regular performance evaluations for housekeeping staff

• Minimum 2 years of experience in a supervisory role in the housekeeping department of a hotel or similar establishment
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong attention to detail
• Ability to multitask and work under pressure
• Knowledge of cleaning chemicals, proper use, storage, and disposal methods
• Must be able to speak English fluently (additional languages are a plus)
