Our hotel is seeking a professional Front Desk Receptionist to join our team in Al-Rayyan. As the first point of contact for our guests, you will play a crucial role in providing excellent customer service and creating a welcoming atmosphere.
Your responsibilities will include greeting guests, answering phones, handling reservations, and assisting with guest requests.
The ideal candidate will have previous experience in a similar role, exceptional communication skills, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment. Fluency in English and Hindi is preferred. This is an excellent opportunity for an Indian national looking to join a dynamic team in the hospitality industry.
