Seasonal Concierge for a Luxurious Resort in Al-Rayyan, Qatar.

We are currently seeking an energetic and customer-oriented Seasonal Concierge to join our team at a luxurious resort in Al-Rayyan, Qatar. As a concierge, you will be responsible for providing exceptional guest service and ensuring that all guest needs are met during their stay.

• Greet guests upon arrival and assist with check-in process
• Provide information about the resort and local area attractions
• Make reservations for guests at restaurants, activities, and other services
• Handle guest inquiries and complaints in a professional manner
• Coordinate with other departments to fulfill guest requests
• Maintain knowledge of current events, local activities, and special promotions within the resort
• Assist with organizing and coordinating events or activities for guests
• Ensure the lobby area is well-maintained and presentable at all times

• Previous experience in a customer service role preferred
• Excellent communication skills in English (knowledge of Arabic is a plus)
• Ability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays
• Friendly and outgoing personality with a positive attitude
• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to handle difficult situations calmly
• Knowledge of local area attractions, restaurants, and transportation options preferred
