Job Title:

Housekeeping Manager - English Speaking (Pakistani)

We are currently seeking a Housekeeping Manager who is fluent in English and of Pakistani nationality to join our team in Al-Rayyan, Qatar. As the Housekeeping Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of housekeeping operations in our establishment.

• Manage and train a team of housekeeping staff to maintain cleanliness and organization throughout the establishment
• Ensure all guest rooms, public areas, and back-of-house areas are kept clean and well-maintained
• Monitor inventory levels of cleaning supplies and place orders as needed
• Conduct regular inspections to ensure high standards are being met and address any issues promptly
• Develop and implement cleaning procedures to ensure efficiency and effectiveness
• Handle guest inquiries or complaints related to housekeeping services
• Maintain records of room occupancy, maintenance requests, and lost or found items

• Proven experience as a Housekeeping Manager or similar role
• Fluent in English with excellent communication skills
• Pakistani nationality preferred
• Knowledge of cleaning procedures, equipment, and products
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to train and motivate a team
• Detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills
