Concierge for Luxury Hotel in Al-Rayyan

As a Concierge for our luxury hotel in Al-Rayyan Qatar you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our guests This role requires a high level of professionalism attention to detail and strong communication skills While proficiency in English is preferred it is not required for this position

• Greet guests upon arrival and assist with check-in process
• Provide recommendations and assistance with local attractions restaurants and transportation
• Handle guest inquiries and requests promptly and efficiently
• Make reservations and arrangements for guests including dining reservations spa appointments and transportation
• Maintain knowledge of hotel services and amenities to effectively promote them to guests
• Assist with luggage handling and delivery to guest rooms
• Coordinate with other hotel departments to ensure smooth operations and guest satisfaction
• Address any guest complaints or concerns in a timely and professional manner
• Maintain a clean and organized lobby area at all times

• High school diploma or equivalent education required
• Bachelors degree in hospitality management or related field preferred
• Previous experience in a customer service role preferred but not required
• Excellent verbal communication skills proficiency in English is preferred but not required
• Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to think quickly on your feet
• Ability to work well under pressure while maintaining a positive attitude
• Attention to detail and ability to multitask effectively
• Knowledge of local area attractions restaurants and transportation options
• Must be able to work flexible hours including nights weekends and holidays
