Concierge Specialist (Contract with Accommodation) - Al-Rayyan, Qatar

We are seeking a highly organized and customer-oriented Concierge Specialist to join our team in Al-Rayyan, Qatar. As a Concierge Specialist, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service and assistance to our guests and residents. Your role will involve anticipating and fulfilling their needs, making reservations and arrangements on their behalf, and ensuring their overall satisfaction during their stay.

• Greet guests and residents with a warm welcome upon arrival.
• Assist with check-in and check-out processes.
• Provide information about the facilities, services, and amenities available.
• Anticipate guest needs and make recommendations for activities or dining options.
• Make reservations for dining, transportation, events or other requested services.
• Handle requests for room service, housekeeping, laundry or other services.
• Proactively address any issues or concerns raised by guests in a timely manner.
• Maintain knowledge of local attractions and activities to assist guests with planning their itinerary.
• Arrange transportation for guests as needed.
• Manage the concierge desk area and ensure it is kept clean and organized at all times.

• Previous experience as a concierge or in a similar customer service role preferred.
• Excellent communication skills in English (verbal and written).
• Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficient in using computer systems for reservations or bookings
• Ability to work flexible hours including evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Preference will be given to candidates who are African or Egyptian nationals. This is a contract position with accommodation provided. Candidates must have their own visa/work permit.
