Concierge Assistant - Al-Rayyan, Qatar (for Pakistani Nationals)

As a Concierge Assistant at our luxury hotel in Al-Rayyan, Qatar, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service and assistance to our guests during their stay. This position is open to Pakistani nationals and does not require English proficiency. Ideal for students or individuals without accommodation, this role offers a free visa and ticket.

• Greet guests upon arrival and provide a warm welcome
• Assist with check-in and check-out procedures
• Provide information about hotel facilities, services, and local attractions
• Arrange transportation, restaurant reservations, and other requests as needed
• Handle guest inquiries and complaints promptly and professionally
• Maintain a neat and organized work area at all times
• Collaborate with other hotel departments to ensure seamless guest experiences

• Must be a Pakistani national with valid passport
• Previous experience in customer service or hospitality is preferred but not required
• Must be able to communicate in basic English (reading and writing)
• Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport with guests from diverse backgrounds
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
• Flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays
• Must be able to work without accommodation
