Concierge Assistant

We are seeking a dynamic and customer service-oriented Concierge Assistant to join our team in Al-Rayyan, Qatar.

As a Concierge Assistant, you will be responsible for providing excellent service to our guests, assisting with their needs and inquiries, and ensuring their stay is comfortable and enjoyable. This position is suitable for men who are looking for a full-time job without the need for prior experience or English proficiency. Preference will be given to candidates who have their own visa.

• Greet and welcome guests in a friendly and professional manner
• Assist guests with check-in and check-out procedures
• Respond to guest inquiries and provide information about hotel facilities, services, and local attractions
• Make reservations for guests at restaurants, events, or other activities as requested
• Handle guest complaints or concerns promptly and effectively
• Assist with luggage handling and transportation arrangements for guests
• Maintain a neat and organized lobby area
• Collaborate with other hotel departments to ensure smooth operations
• Perform any other duties assigned by the Front Office Manager

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Previous experience in customer service or hospitality is an asset but not required
• Fluent in Hindi or any other Indian language
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work on a flexible schedule including weekends and holidays
• Physically fit to handle luggage and stand for long periods of time
• Must have own visa in Qatar
