We are seeking a highly organized and customer service-oriented Part-Time Concierge to join our team at a luxury accommodation in Al-Rayyan, Qatar. As a Concierge, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our guests and ensuring their needs are met during their stay.

• - Greet guests upon arrival and assist with check-in process
• - Provide information about the accommodation facilities and surrounding area
• - Book reservations for guests at local restaurants, attractions, and events
• - Arrange transportation for guests as needed
• - Handle guest inquiries, complaints, and requests in a timely and professional manner
• - Maintain knowledge of current events and activities in the surrounding area to make recommendations to guests
• - Ensure all guest requests are fulfilled promptly and accurately
• - Coordinate with other departments to ensure smooth operation of the accommodation
• - Keep track of guest preferences and special requests for future visits
• - Maintain inventory of amenities, supplies, and equipment needed for guest services

• - Previous experience as a Concierge or in a customer service role preferred
• - Excellent communication skills in English
• - Knowledge of Arabic is a plus
• - Familiarity with local attractions, restaurants, and events
• - Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
• - Strong problem-solving skills
• - Professional appearance and demeanor
• - Must be able to work flexible hours including evenings, weekends, and holidays
