Front Desk Receptionist - Al-Rayyan Filipino Preferred

A prestigious hotel in Al-Rayyan is seeking a friendly and efficient Front Desk Receptionist to join our team As the first point of contact for our guests you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and creating a warm and welcoming atmosphere This position offers a salary of 900$ plus benefits

• Greet and welcome guests upon arrival with a professional and friendly demeanor
• Check-in and check-out guests efficiently ensuring all necessary information is obtained
• Handle guest inquiries requests and complaints in a timely and professional manner
• Maintain accurate records of room availability reservations and guest accounts
• Manage cash transactions and maintain an organized cash float
• Answer phone calls and direct them to the appropriate department or person
• Assist with concierge services such as booking reservations or arranging transportation for guests

• High school diploma or equivalent additional certification in hospitality is a plus
• Proven experience as a front desk receptionist or similar role in the hospitality industry preferred
• Fluent in English proficiency in Filipino is highly desirable
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a friendly attitude
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and handle high-pressure situations calmly
• Familiarity with hotel management software is an advantage
