Our 5-star hotel in Al-Rayyan is seeking a Housekeeping Supervisor to join our team. As an Indian national, you will be responsible for supervising and managing our housekeeping staff to ensure cleanliness and comfort for our guests. This is a full-time position with a salary of 900$ per month, along with free visa and ticket.

• Supervise and train housekeeping staff, including room attendants, laundry attendants, and public area cleaners
• Ensure all rooms are cleaned to high standards and in a timely manner
• Monitor inventory levels of cleaning supplies and coordinate with purchasing department for replenishment
• Inspect rooms and public areas to ensure they are well-maintained and report any maintenance issues to the engineering department
• Maintain budget for the housekeeping department and control costs through efficient use of resources
• Address guest complaints or requests regarding housekeeping services promptly and effectively
• Collaborate with other departments, such as front desk and maintenance, to ensure guest satisfaction

• Previous experience in housekeeping or similar role is required
• Strong communication skills in English are necessary for this position
• Must be able to work a flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays
• Knowledge of cleaning chemicals, proper cleaning techniques, and equipment is preferred
• Excellent organizational skills with attention to detail
• Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment
