We are currently seeking a highly skilled and experienced Hotel Manager to oversee the operations of our luxury hotel in Al-Rayyan. This is an excellent opportunity for an individual with strong leadership skills and a proven track record in the hospitality industry.

As the Hotel Manager, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth and efficient running of all departments within the hotel, including front desk, housekeeping, food and beverage, and maintenance. You will work closely with department heads to ensure that all guests receive exceptional service and that hotel operations are in line with company standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement strategies to achieve financial targets and increase profitability
• Manage all aspects of hotel operations, including budgeting, forecasting, inventory management, and staff scheduling
• Monitor guest satisfaction levels and implement improvements where necessary
• Conduct regular inspections of hotel facilities to ensure high standards of cleanliness and maintenance are maintained
• Oversee recruitment, training, and performance evaluations for all hotel staff
• Foster a positive work environment by promoting teamwork and providing guidance to employees as needed
• Ensure compliance with all health and safety regulations

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management or related field preferred
• Minimum 5 years experience in a managerial role within the hospitality industry
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage a diverse team
• Excellent communication skills (both verbal and written) in English language
• Knowledge of budgeting, financial analysis, and revenue management
• Exceptional customer service skills
• Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment
• Flexibility to work weekends, evenings or holidays as needed
