Wedding Planner - Al-Rayyan

We are in need of a talented and detail-oriented Wedding Planner to join our team in Al-Rayyan Qatar As a Wedding Planner you will be responsible for coordinating all aspects of weddings from initial client consultations to the actual event execution Your main goal will be to ensure that each wedding is flawlessly planned and executed leaving our clients with unforgettable memories

• Meet with clients to discuss their vision for the wedding and understand their budget and preferences
• Source and negotiate contracts with vendors such as venues caterers florists photographers etc
• Create detailed wedding plans including timelines floor plans and budget breakdowns
• Communicate regularly with clients to provide updates on progress and make any necessary adjustments
• Manage all logistics on the day of the wedding including setup vendor coordination and troubleshooting any issues that may arise
• Oversee payments to vendors and ensure all invoices are accurate and paid in a timely manner
• Provide creative ideas for dcor themes and entertainment options to enhance the overall wedding experience

• Solid understanding of wedding planning processes from start to finish
• Strong negotiation skills and ability to work within a budget
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build relationships with clients and vendors
• Attention to detail and ability to multitask under pressure
• Proven track record of successfully planning weddings or events experience in Qatar is a plus
• Proficient in Microsoft Office suite Word Excel for creating detailed plans and budgets

The salary for this position is 1500$ per month

Accommodation Accommodation will be provided as part of the contract

Experience No prior experience is required for this position However candidates with previous experience in event planning or hospitality industry will be given preference

Contract Type This is a contract position for the duration of the wedding season
