Concierge - Al-Rayyan

We are seeking a friendly and reliable Concierge to join our team in Al-Rayyan Qatar. As a Concierge you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our guests and clients. Your duties will include assisting with check-in and check-out processes, making reservations for dining and other services, providing information about local attractions and events, and handling any guest inquiries or concerns.

• Greet guests as they arrive and assist with check-in process
• Provide information about hotel services and local attractions
• Make reservations for dining transportation or other services as requested by guests
• Handle any guest inquiries or concerns promptly and professionally
• Maintain a clean and organized lobby area
• Keep track of guest requests and ensure they are fulfilled in a timely manner
• Liaise with other hotel staff to ensure smooth operations

• High school diploma or equivalent degree in hospitality management is a plus
• Previous experience in customer service or hospitality industry preferred
• Excellent communication skills written and verbal in English knowledge of additional languages is an advantage
• Strong multitasking abilities with attention to detail
• Friendly demeanor with a passion for providing exceptional customer service

We offer a competitive salary of 1600$ per month.
