Front Desk Receptionist

We are in search of a professional Front Desk Receptionist to join our team at a fast-paced hotel in Al-Rayyan As the first point of contact for our guests you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and ensuring all their needs are met during their stay Your main duties will include greeting and checking in guests answering phone calls and emails making reservations and handling any guest inquiries or complaints To excel in this role you must have excellent communication and interpersonal skills as well as a friendly and welcoming personality Previous experience in a similar role is preferred but not required Fluency in English is a must as well as proficiency in using computer systems and hotel software

• Greet and check-in guests with a warm and friendly attitude
• Answer phone calls and respond to emails promptly
• Make reservations for guests based on their preferences and availability
• Handle guest inquiries or complaints with professionalism and provide appropriate solutions
• Maintain an organized front desk area and keep it clean at all times
• Keep track of room availability rates and special requests
• Collaborate with other hotel departments to ensure smooth operations

• High school diploma or equivalent additional qualifications will be a plus
• Proven experience as a Front Desk Receptionist or similar role is preferred
• Excellent communication skills with fluency in English knowledge of other languages is an advantage
• Customer service-oriented with a positive attitude
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask
• Proficient in using computer systems and hotel software
