Hotel Housekeeping
We are seeking an experienced Housekeeping Manager to join our team at a luxury hotel in Al-Rayyan Qatar.
Key Responsibilities- Oversee the daily operations of the housekeeping department including room cleaning laundry services and public areas
- Develop and implement cleaning schedules and procedures to maintain high standards of cleanliness and hygiene
- Train and supervise housekeeping staff to ensure efficient and effective work practices
- Monitor inventory levels of cleaning supplies and equipment and order as needed
- Conduct regular inspections of guest rooms and public areas to ensure quality standards are met
- Handle guest complaints or special requests promptly and professionally
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure smooth functioning of hotel operations
- Prepare reports on departmental budget expenses and performance
- Minimum 3 years experience as a Housekeeping Manager in a luxury hotel setting
- Excellent leadership skills with proven ability to manage a diverse team
- Strong knowledge of housekeeping procedures equipment usage and safety guidelines
- Excellent communication skills in English knowledge of Arabic is an advantage
- Ability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays
Salary 1300$ monthly salary plus benefits package including accommodation allowance transport allowance medical insurance annual leave
