Hotel Manager

The Hotel Manager will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our hotel in Al-Rayyan. We are seeking a highly motivated individual with strong leadership skills and a passion for delivering exceptional customer service. As a Malayalee, you will have a preference for this position, but we welcome applicants of all nationalities who meet the requirements.

• Manage all aspects of hotel operations including guest services, housekeeping, maintenance, and food and beverage
• Train and supervise staff to ensure high-quality service standards are met
• Monitor guest satisfaction and respond to any concerns or complaints in a timely manner
• Develop and implement strategies to increase occupancy rates and revenue
• Maintain inventory levels and control costs to meet budget targets
• Ensure compliance with all health and safety regulations
• Collaborate with other departments within the hotel to ensure smooth operations

• Proven experience as a Hotel Manager or similar role in the hospitality industry
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills
• Strong organizational and time-management abilities
• Knowledge of hotel management software systems
• Fluent in English (additional languages are an asset)
• Flexible schedule including weekends and holidays

We offer a competitive salary of 1000$ per month for this full-time position.
