As a Cruise Hospitality Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the entire hospitality operations on our cruise ship, ensuring that all guests receive exceptional service and have a memorable experience. This role requires strong leadership skills, as well as excellent communication and organizational abilities.
Responsibilities:- Manage and coordinate all aspects of the onboard hospitality operations, including dining, housekeeping, guest services, and entertainment.
- Train and supervise a team of hospitality staff to ensure they provide top-notch customer service at all times.
- Develop and implement policies and procedures to maintain high standards of cleanliness, safety, and guest satisfaction.
- Monitor inventory levels and order supplies as needed to ensure smooth operations.
- Collaborate with other departments to plan and execute special events or activities for guests.
- Handle guest complaints or concerns in a timely and professional manner.
- Maintain records of expenses, revenues, and employee schedules.
- Ensure compliance with all health, safety, and sanitation regulations.
- Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management or related field preferred.
- Minimum of 5 years experience in a managerial role within the hospitality industry.
- Proven leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage a diverse team.
- Excellent communication skills in English (knowledge of additional languages is a plus).
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Customer-oriented mindset with a passion for delivering exceptional service.
We offer a competitive salary package starting at 1300$ per month. In addition, you will have the opportunity to travel while working on our cruise ship.
City:This position is based in Al-Rayyan, Qatar. However, we welcome applicants from all nationalities who are willing to relocate.
