Concierge Assistant - Al-Rayyan, Qatar

We are looking for a friendly and efficient Concierge Assistant to join our team in Al-Rayyan, Qatar. As a Concierge Assistant, you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service and assisting guests with their needs during their stay.

• Greet guests upon arrival and assist with check-in process
• Provide guests with information about the hotel, local attractions, and services
• Make reservations for guests at restaurants or other facilities
• Arrange transportation for guests as needed
• Handle guest requests and complaints in a timely and professional manner
• Maintain the appearance of the lobby and common areas
• Ensure that all guest requests are fulfilled promptly
• Assist with luggage handling and storage
• Coordinate with other hotel departments to ensure smooth operations

• Pakistani nationality preferred
• Fluent in Urdu or Hindi, basic English skills required
• No previous experience required, training will be provided
• Must have own visa or be willing to obtain one
• Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays
• Strong customer service skills and a friendly demeanor
• Excellent communication skills and ability to multitask

• Monthly salary of 1100$
• Accommodation provided by the hotel
• Work visa sponsorship if needed
