Hotel Manager (Pakistani National Preferred)

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Hotel Manager to join our team in Al-Rayyan, Qatar. As the Hotel Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our hotel, ensuring that all guests have a pleasant and comfortable stay.

• Develop and implement strategies to maximize hotel revenue and profitability
• Manage and oversee all departments including front desk, housekeeping, food and beverage, and maintenance
• Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction by maintaining quality standards and addressing guest concerns
• Train and supervise staff members to provide exceptional service to guests
• Monitor inventory levels, expenses, and budget to ensure financial goals are met
• Collaborate with marketing team to promote the hotel's services and attract new business
• Handle any issues or emergencies that may arise during the shift

• Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management or related field
• Minimum of 5 years experience in a managerial role within the hotel industry
• Fluent in English with excellent communication skills
• Proven track record of effectively managing a team and delivering results
• Strong leadership skills with ability to motivate and mentor staff members
• Knowledge of hotel operations including front desk procedures, housekeeping standards, food and beverage operations, and maintenance protocols
• Ability to work flexible hours including nights, weekends, and holidays
