A reputable hotel in Al-Rayyan is seeking a Housekeeping Manager to join our team. As the Housekeeping Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing and managing the housekeeping staff to ensure a clean, organized, and comfortable environment for our guests.

• Manage the daily operations of the housekeeping department, including scheduling, training, and evaluating staff performance
• Ensure that all guest rooms and public areas are kept clean and well-maintained according to hotel standards
• Monitor inventory levels of cleaning supplies and place orders as needed
• Conduct regular inspections of guest rooms and public areas to ensure cleanliness and address any issues immediately
• Collaborate with other departments to coordinate special requests or needs from guests
• Develop and implement policies and procedures to improve overall efficiency of the housekeeping department
• Maintain a safe working environment for all employees by adhering to safety regulations and providing proper training
• Handle guest complaints or concerns regarding housekeeping services in a timely manner

• Minimum of 3 years experience in a supervisory role within a hotel housekeeping department
• Excellent communication skills in both English and Hindi
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize responsibilities effectively
• Knowledge of housekeeping standards, procedures, and techniques
• Ability to work flexible hours including nights, weekends, and holidays if needed

Starting salary for this position is 1000$ per month.

This position is located in Al-Rayyan, Qatar.

Preference will be given to Indian candidates.
