As a Housekeeping Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our housekeeping department. This includes managing a team of housekeepers, ensuring high standards of cleanliness and organization are maintained, and handling guest requests and complaints in a timely and professional manner.

• Supervise and train housekeeping staff, including scheduling and assigning tasks
• Conduct regular inspections of guest rooms, common areas, and back-of-house areas to ensure cleanliness standards are met
• Maintain inventory of cleaning supplies and equipment, ordering replacements as needed
• Respond to guest requests and complaints promptly, taking appropriate action to resolve any issues
• Collaborate with other departments such as front desk and maintenance to ensure smooth operations
• Monitor budget and expenses related to the housekeeping department

• Minimum of 2 years experience as a Housekeeping Manager in a hotel or similar establishment
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage a diverse team
• Excellent communication skills in English (both verbal and written)
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills
• Knowledge of cleaning techniques and equipment
• Ability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays
