We are currently seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Housekeeping Manager to oversee all aspects of our housekeeping operations in Al-Rayyan, Qatar. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in hospitality and management, with excellent communication and leadership skills.

• Oversee the daily operations of the housekeeping department, including scheduling, training, and supervising housekeeping staff
• Maintain high standards of cleanliness and organization throughout the hotel or resort
• Develop and implement housekeeping procedures to ensure efficient and effective operations
• Manage inventory levels for cleaning supplies and equipment
• Conduct regular inspections to ensure quality control and identify areas for improvement
• Collaborate with other departments to ensure smooth interdepartmental communication and guest satisfaction
• Create work schedules and assign tasks to staff based on occupancy levels
• Handle guest complaints or special requests in a timely manner
• Train new employees on housekeeping procedures, safety protocols, and customer service standards
• Monitor staff performance, provide feedback, and implement corrective actions as needed

• Bachelor's degree in hospitality management or related field preferred
• Minimum of 3 years experience in housekeeping management or supervisory role
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage a team effectively
• Excellent communication skills in English; knowledge of Arabic is a plus but not required
• Knowledge of cleaning products, techniques, and equipment used in a hotel setting
• Ability to multitask, prioritize tasks, and work under pressure
• Attention to detail with strong organizational skills
• Strong problem-solving abilities
  
  Flexibility to work long hours as needed

Starting salary for this position is $1000 per month. Salary may be negotiable based on qualifications and experience.
