Concierge - Al-Rayyan, Qatar

We are seeking a friendly and reliable Concierge to join our team in Al-Rayyan, Qatar. As a Concierge, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our guests and clients. Your duties will include assisting with check-in and check-out processes, making reservations for dining and other services, providing information about local attractions and events, and handling any guest inquiries or concerns.

To be successful in this role, you should have excellent communication skills and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment. Previous experience in the hospitality industry is preferred, but not required.

• Greet guests as they arrive and assist with check-in process
• Provide information about hotel services and local attractions
• Make reservations for dining, transportation, or other services as requested by guests
• Handle any guest inquiries or concerns promptly and professionally
• Maintain a clean and organized lobby area
• Keep track of guest requests and ensure they are fulfilled in a timely manner
• Liaise with other hotel staff to ensure smooth operations

• High school diploma or equivalent; degree in hospitality management is a plus
• Previous experience in customer service or hospitality industry preferred
• Excellent communication skills (written and verbal) in English; knowledge of additional languages is an advantage
• Strong multitasking abilities with attention to detail
• Friendly demeanor with a passion for providing exceptional customer service

We offer a competitive salary of 1600$ per month plus benefits including accommodation, transportation, and medical insurance. This job is open to all nationalities; however, preference will be given to Indian candidates. This is a part-time position with flexible working hours. Candidates must have their own valid visa.
