House Manager

As a House Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations and management of a private household in Al-Rayyan, Qatar. This is a contract job that is open to Indian nationals who are fluent in English and have a valid biometric passport.

Key Responsibilities:

- Supervise and manage household staff, including butlers, housekeepers, chefs, gardeners, and security personnel.
- Create and maintain schedules for all household staff to ensure efficient running of the household.
- Keep track of household inventory and supplies, ensuring that all necessary items are stocked.
- Manage budgets for household expenses and ensure that all bills are paid on time.
- Coordinate with vendors and contractors for repairs or maintenance work in the house.
- Oversee the cleaning and maintenance of the entire house, including bedrooms, bathrooms, living areas, and outdoor spaces.
- Plan and coordinate events or dinner parties hosted at the house.
- Ensure that all security measures are in place to protect the safety of the residents.
- Handle any other tasks or requests from the homeowners as needed.

Requirements:
- Must be an Indian national with a valid biometric passport.
- Fluent in English (both written and spoken).
- Prior experience as a House Manager or in a similar role is preferred but not required.
- Excellent organizational skills with an eye for detail.
- Strong leadership skills to effectively manage household staff.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks efficiently.
- Basic knowledge of budgets and financial management.
- Comfortable working in a private residence with high-profile individuals.
