House Manager
We are currently seeking a highly organized and efficient House Manager to oversee the day-to-day operations of a large household in Al-Rayyan, Qatar. This is a full-time position with accommodation provided.
As a House Manager, your responsibilities will include managing household staff, overseeing maintenance and repairs, creating schedules and budgets, and ensuring the smooth running of the household. This position requires strong leadership skills, excellent communication abilities, and the ability to multitask effectively.
Preference will be given to Indian candidates with good English speaking skills. While previous experience in a similar role is preferred, it is not required. We are looking for someone who is eager to learn and grow in this role.
Key Requirements:
- Indian national preferred

Responsibilities:
- Manage household staff including scheduling, training, and performance evaluations
- Oversee maintenance and repairs for the household

- Plan events and coordinate with vendors as needed
- Ensure all household tasks are completed efficiently and on time
- Communicate regularly with employers regarding household needs and concerns
