Mason

We are seeking a skilled Mason Supervisor to oversee and manage a team of masons in our construction company located in Al-Rayyan.

• Supervise a team of masons and ensure their work meets quality standards
• Schedule and assign tasks to team members based on project timelines
• Train new team members on proper masonry techniques and safety procedures
• Communicate effectively with clients, architects, and project managers regarding project progress
• Monitor inventory levels of materials needed for projects
• Conduct regular safety inspections to ensure compliance with regulations

• Minimum 5 years of experience as a Mason or similar role
• Fluent in English; knowledge of Malayalam is preferred
• Strong leadership skills and ability to manage a team effectively
• Knowledge of different types of masonry techniques and materials
• Ability to read blueprints and follow project specifications
• Experience working with women employees is an advantage

Salary for this position is 1000$ per month depending on experience and qualifications.

This position is located in Al-Rayyan, Qatar.
